Eight New Year’s Resolutions That You Can Include in Your List This Year

New Year’s resolutions are very popular and just about everyone we know has made a list of these at least once in their lives. If you’re one of them who has never made one or you plan on making a list this year but you’re still unsure of what you want, here are some suggestions that you might want to take into consideration.

  1. You’ll turn vegetarian this year.

    Not everyone can do this but if you’re up for the challenge, you can have a fit, healthy and amazing looking body by the end of the year by just eating veggies all the time. You can be semi-vegetarian by having only the healthy parts of chicken and some fish so you can at least have time to adjust.

  2. You will only eat dark chocolate.

    Chocolates are delicious and it makes you happy. Even science agrees! However, we have to admit that chocolates can make you gain a lot of weight. If you should eat chocolates, you can have just dark chocolate for the year because of the many health benefits this offers.

  3. You will stop drinking alcoholic beverages.

    There are more disadvantages to drinking wine and beer than the advantages these offer. If you’re all about socialization, you can drink coffee or water instead. Don’t be shy to order some shake or juice when out with friends in a bar. Non-alcoholic beverages are always available anyway.

  4. You’ll spend less time on social media.

    If in 2015, you spent at least an hour or two every day on your Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, you can make a change in 2016 by getting on these pages just 5 minutes a day. If you have to reply to an important message, just make necessary adjustments.

  5. You will start exercising this year.

    This is probably on every New Year’s resolutions list and we’re definitely putting this in ours. Working out is not only good for your health but it can also help you achieve the figure you’ve always wanted.

  6. You will start exerting more effort in saving money this year.

    Set a goal and follow up on it. Imagine if you just save $20 per week, that’s about $80 in a month and almost $1000 in a year! If you can double or triple that, you can save a whole lot more. By the end of the year, you’ll have enough money to buy holiday presents for all your loved ones and give yourself a great reward.

  7. You’ll be a better homemaker this year.
